Shipping & Exchange Policy

Shipping

Aramex is our official logistics partner and will deliver your orders across Saudi Arabia and internationally.

We are pleased to offer free delivery for orders of 250 and above within Saudi Arabia.

For orders below this amount, a 20 shipping fee will be applied.

The courier will contact you to arrange delivery of your order.

Delivery within Saudi Arabia typically takes 2 to 7 business days, and may extend up to two weeks during peak seasons such as Ramadan, Hajj, and holidays.

Aramex delivers to most cities across the Kingdom. If your location is outside their delivery zone, you may be required to collect your order from the nearest Aramex branch.

For international orders, shipping fees depend on the weight of the shipment. Delivery generally takes 7 to 15 business days.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking link.

Please ensure your registered email address is correct to receive tracking updates.

Exchanges

  1. Damaged item or wrong product received

If you receive a damaged item or a product different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your shipment:

You will receive a return label via email or WhatsApp.

Print the label and take the item to your nearest courier branch.

If the product is damaged or incorrect, Almusbah Blend will cover all shipping costs, and the refund will be issued in full within 20 days.

  1. Product received in good condition but customer wants to exchange or return

For customers inside Saudi Arabia:

A total of 42 will be deducted (21 shipping + 21 return).

The refund will be issued within 20 days.

For customers outside Saudi Arabia:

The customer will bear all shipping, return fees, and any customs charges.

The remaining amount will be refunded once the product reaches our warehouse.

  1. I was unable to receive the order
  • If the courier attempts delivery and the order is returned to our warehouse, a 42 (shipping + return) fee will be deducted (non-refundable).
  • For local shipments: If shipping is delayed more than 15 days, no fees will be deducted and the full amount will be refunded.
  • If the customer provides an incorrect address or phone number, the customer is responsible for contacting the courier to correct the information.
  • If the shipment returns to us due to incorrect customer information, the customer must pay new shipping charges.
  • For international orders: Once the order is shipped—even if not received—the customer is responsible for shipping, return fees, and any customs charges, and the remaining amount will be refunded after the goods arrive at our warehouse.

Promotional Offers

Almusbah Blend applies a free-gift policy for certain fragrance promotions.

If a promotion includes a free item, the customer must add the free item to the cart.

Only items included in the order will be shipped.

If the free item is not added to the cart, it will not be included in the shipment.

Returns

  • If a product has a manufacturing defect, the customer is entitled to a full refund.
  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving the order, provided the product is in its original condition, unopened, unused, and undamaged.
  • Perfumes that have been opened cannot be returned or exchanged.

For returns inside Saudi Arabia: A 42 fee (shipping + return) will be deducted.

For international orders: Customer pays shipping, return costs, and customs; remaining amount is refunded once goods arrive at our warehouse.

If the perfume arrives broken, the customer must report it within 7 days, and a full refund will be issued.

If the perfume has a non-physical defect (not broken), it must be returned to our warehouse; the customer may choose a replacement or a full refund, provided the report is made within 7 days.

Return Conditions

A return request may be rejected if:

  • The request is submitted after 7 days from the delivery date.
  • The product is not in its original condition.
  • The product shows usage, damage, or tampering.
  • There is no manufacturing defect.

Refunds

Credit/Debit Card Payments

The refund will be processed back to the same card.

Refund processing may take up to 20 days.

Cash on Delivery

Refunds will be issued via bank transfer, which may take up to 20 days.

Tamara Payments

  • If the order is canceled before shipping, Tamara refunds the full amount immediately.
  • If the product is defective, the full amount is refunded with no deductions.
  • If the order has been shipped or received and the customer wishes to return without any defect:
  • Tamara will deduct:
    • Shipping fee
    • Return fee
    • Installment service fees: (4.5% + 1.5 + 15% VAT)

FAQs

Can I exchange my order?

Yes, you may exchange your order within 7 days as long as the product is unused and in its original condition, and the desired replacement is available.

I received a different item than what I ordered.

We sincerely apologize.

Order Cancellation

Almusbah Perfume Company reserves the right to cancel any order for the following reasons:

  • A previous “Cash on Delivery” order was shipped but not received.
  • Incorrect or incomplete address/phone information provided by the customer.
  • Product unavailability.
