Shipping
Aramex is our official logistics partner and will deliver your orders across Saudi Arabia and internationally.
We are pleased to offer free delivery for orders of 250 and above within Saudi Arabia.
For orders below this amount, a 20 shipping fee will be applied.
The courier will contact you to arrange delivery of your order.
Delivery within Saudi Arabia typically takes 2 to 7 business days, and may extend up to two weeks during peak seasons such as Ramadan, Hajj, and holidays.
Aramex delivers to most cities across the Kingdom. If your location is outside their delivery zone, you may be required to collect your order from the nearest Aramex branch.
For international orders, shipping fees depend on the weight of the shipment. Delivery generally takes 7 to 15 business days.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking link.
Please ensure your registered email address is correct to receive tracking updates.
Exchanges
If you receive a damaged item or a product different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your shipment:
You will receive a return label via email or WhatsApp.
Print the label and take the item to your nearest courier branch.
If the product is damaged or incorrect, Almusbah Blend will cover all shipping costs, and the refund will be issued in full within 20 days.
For customers inside Saudi Arabia:
A total of 42 will be deducted (21 shipping + 21 return).
The refund will be issued within 20 days.
For customers outside Saudi Arabia:
The customer will bear all shipping, return fees, and any customs charges.
The remaining amount will be refunded once the product reaches our warehouse.
Promotional Offers
Almusbah Blend applies a free-gift policy for certain fragrance promotions.
If a promotion includes a free item, the customer must add the free item to the cart.
Only items included in the order will be shipped.
If the free item is not added to the cart, it will not be included in the shipment.

For returns inside Saudi Arabia: A 42 fee (shipping + return) will be deducted.
For international orders: Customer pays shipping, return costs, and customs; remaining amount is refunded once goods arrive at our warehouse.
If the perfume arrives broken, the customer must report it within 7 days, and a full refund will be issued.
If the perfume has a non-physical defect (not broken), it must be returned to our warehouse; the customer may choose a replacement or a full refund, provided the report is made within 7 days.
